In 2016, Yaron joined Walt Disney Imagineering and the Global Music Studio as a full-time Sr. Music Producer/Creative Director, producing and developing music for Disney Park attractions, live entertainment, hotels, and experiences globally, as well as worldwide marketing campaigns.

As Music Producer, Yaron manages music production from the initial brainstorm phase through final post production and installation.  He is involved in every aspect including clarifying creative objectives, commissioning songwriters, budgeting, casting, revisions, executive reviews, rehearsals, recording, editing and mixing.

As Music Creative Director, he collaborates with project team leadership to analyze and identify the scope of work and all music requirements including talent, creative direction and production needs. He assists in establishing creative templates, supervises demo creation/revisions and demo production/recordings with the local park producers.

In his dual capacities as Music Producer and Creative Director, Yaron was mentored by Matt Walker, (Formerly Music Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering, and now Senior Vice President of music for Disney Animation Studio). Mr. Walker’s extensive work as an executive in film and television (Titanic, Sister Act, The Preacher’s Wife, Cheers, Duck Tales, Encanto), and theatre, as well as being a musician himself, made him an ideal creative collaborator and mentor for Yaron.
